There are lots of articles out there telling us to be happy. However, it is not always that easy to just be happy by following esoteric suggestions like “follow your passion” or “live your best life”, which are undoubtedly laudable goals, but not necessarily that easy to implement.
I found this list of 43 habits of happy people to have a few simple enough actions that we could incorporate now, today, that are tangible, e.g. sing or say thank you:
