Coaching is about empowering clients to change their limiting beliefs to help transform their dreams into attainable goals. It is this realization of one’s full potential that is undoubtedly the most rewarding part of creating a coaching culture.
Coaching is not just done by external paid coaches or those who coach a soccer team. Rather, it can and should be done by people within their own organizations. I wrote an article on LinkedIn about how to create a coaching culture within a company in hopes that more people will do so :o) :
